Health/Hospitalization insurance:
With purchase of a hairpiece, you can have a financial reimbursement (also for self-employers).
With hair loss due to radio- or chemotherapy you can have a reimbursement up to € 180, depending of your insurance. 
With hair loss due to alopecia the reimbursement is € 270.

What do you need to do?
You provide your insurance 2 documents: first the medical certificate you receive from your physician. In case of alopecia you will need a certificate from your dermathologist. Second, an invoice of your purchase is needed, what we will send you with your order.
It is important that the invoice is payed and dated after your medical certificate.
When you have a hospitalization insurance, we recommend you to inform you for a reimbursement for a hair prosthesis. In most cases there will be indeed a reimbursement. The amount differs from insurance to insurance.
