General sales conditions valid for Hair-Online web shop

The following terms and conditions will apply to the sale of all items you find on the website of Hair Online. Hair-Online has the right to change the terms and conditions and content of the site at any time.

At Hair-Online we will do our utmost for a smooth relationship with our customers. We appreciate your confidence in Hair-Online and take your rights seriously.
With following terms and conditions we want to give you a clear overview of your rights and some duties. If something is still not clear, we would appreciate if you would report.

1. Your order
Procedure:

• Select the desired article in the desired colour and possible accessories
• Add this to your cart 
• For payment you will be redirected to the Ogone website
• Fill out the form with your personal information
• Choose your payment methode and your order will be placed 
• You will receive an e-mail as confirmation 

Hair-Online unfortunately can not accept liability for the consequences of wrong data entry by the customer.
As a customer you are responsible for all shipments of Hair-Online that will arrive at your specified home of delivery address.
To avoid any abuse, we recommend to give us your change of address immediately, in case of removal.
Hair-Online preserves the right to take orders or reject them.
Upon simple request, we will notify the customer the reason of refusal.
There is a valid agreement between the customer and Hair-Online when Hair-Online receives a confirmation of the customers order on its website.
Hair-Online administration applies as proof of your given orders and payments, and of Hair-Online deliveries.
Hair-Online acknowledges that electronic communications can serve as proof.
By placing an order, and therefore accepting the terms and conditions you acknowledge this as well.

2. Prices
All prices are marked in EURO. These prices include everything (also VAT included). Shipment is for free from € 500. All shipment costs, any taxes and import duties are at the customers expense.
We offer products at keen prices and would like to keep it this way, therefore we charge the indicated price, this before you place an order.
Offers are valid while supplies last, or until the end of the predetermined offer period.

3. Delivery & Delivery period
The ordered goods will be delivered at the delivery address as soon as possible after processing the online order procedure.
We recommend using a delivery address which will be attended during the office hours. This can be the address of a neighbor, family member or work.
Hair-Online will do its utmost to ensure you will receive your product as quickly as possible.
The average delivery period counts 3 days to a maximum of 14 days.
If this period is exceeded or the item is no longer available, the customer will be notified and has the right to cancel the order without any cost.

It is possible to follow your package online with e-Tracker. For this you need to fill in the barcode or reference you will receive on your demand via e-mail.
Hair-Online can not be held responsible for any delays.
Hair-Online ensures that the products are well packed for delivery. If there are any damaged goods, please notify us within 48 hours after receipt.

4. Payment
Payment is always in EURO.
Payments can be made with VISA, MasterCard, Ideal or electronic payment with Bancontact an MrCash.
(Only European credit cards) We also accept transfers.
All online payments are maximum secured. For this reason we work together with Ogone.
Hair-Online is not responsible for possible additional costs, arising from bank charges.
The online check an reservation of your accounts will be done with the acceptance of your order by Hair-Online.
We ensure that your credit will only be debited with the actual shipping of the articles. The articles, in any case, remain Hair-Online property until full compensation, this including delivery costs and VAT.
The sale of products is fully subjected to Belgian law and any disputes will be settled by Belgian courts in Antwerp.

How safe is payment with Ogone?
Ogone is one of the European Market Leaders in secured online payment systems and provides most reliable and high-tech solutions.
Ogone is independent with regard to banks, through which we can work with any of them. You can continue working with your current bank, or choose between the different banks on the market.

For even greater security Ogone has also developed a set of modules that secures your payment even more. Please enter the correct credit card number and expiration date. Incorrect information may delay your order or make it impracticable.
Credit card payment is subjected to the approval of the financial institution that issued the card.

5. Exchange and returnYou must comply with the following conditions:
Once your order is delivered, you have 14 workdays in which to exchange or return the articles. After this period the purchase can no longer be dissolved and becomes definitive. You can only exchange and return articles which were purchased from Hair-Online.eu
Returned articles must be in original state and packaging, undamaged, with the Hair-Online label attached. They may not have traces of smoke or other smells. Also with your original invoice.
You can report your return at our website by sending us an e-mail, or via the contact form, so we can allow the return. To be of better service in the future, we would like to know the reason of return.
Costs and risks of returning the item by post are the responsibility of the buyer.
In the case of returns (dissolution of the purchase of one or more items), the purchase price (ex. postage/shipping costs) is transferred back to you within 30 days.
If you wish to exchange an item for one in another color, Hair-Online will pay just the postage/shipping costs of resending the replacement article once (maximum € 12.75)
Wigs will only be refunded or exchanged with the original invoice!

From the exchange the customer pays an extra amount of € 9.95 for the shipping costs.

In case of complaints or damage (during transport), you must first contact Hair-Online via our contact form.
Hair-Online has no liability for the loss or damage of returned and/or exchanged articles, it is important to resent your articles via registered mail.
Insufficiently stamped or unstamped packages are not accepted by Hair-Online, regardless of the reasons for returning them.
Articles bought during SALE periods, final pieces and accessories like shampoos and turbans may not be exchanged and/or returned.
Some wigs are only available to order and can not be exchanged or returned, then this is also indicated in extra remarks.
Hair-Online can refuse returned articles or refuse to pay a refund when the articles were already worn (except to fit) or when the articles were damaged by the buyer or stripped from the original Hair-Online label. We recommend you to remove the label only when you are sure the article does not need to be returned of exchanged.

6. Your personal information
Hair-Online will do its utmost to protect your personal information. Personal information will be handled confidential and Hair-Online guarantees that the information submitted by customers will not be shared with third people or companies outside Hair-Online. You have the right to check, change, modify or remove your personal information at all times.

7. Limitations of liability
Hair-Online is not responsible for loss or damages caused by delay or by the non-execution of its obligations included in these terms in case these damages were caused by strikes, occupation, riots, war, fire, force majeure, accidents, deficiencies or shortages with the suppliers used by Hair-Online, restrictions imposed by the government, the non-assignment of import or export licenses, subordination to the law, regulations or command, or attributable to other circumstances or causes that could affect the mal-execution of these terms, or regardless of circumstances beyond the control of Hair-Online.
When a certain definition or expression in these general conditions are incorrect or unachievable, for any reason at all, this definition or expression will remain achievable as far as possible by law, and will the validity, legality and feasibility of the other definitions not be affected and influenced at any way.
Hair-Online has de right to change these terms and conditions without previous warning.
in order to avoid misunderstandings we made our website not only detailed but also evident. Hair-Online defines that it is not responsible for possible mistakes. It is always possible that the mentioned information is not 100% consistent with reality, despite our constant verification.
The fact that the buyer did not receive the therms and conditions above in his mother tongue does not discharge him from its application.
Despite that these terms and conditions and their content can be consulted worldwide, they were only made for customers living in the EU. Consequently, the offers on this website are only for customers living in the EU.
